I folded this bird then drew a sketch of it while at work. It gives me something to do while on the phone getting bitched at by angry customers who have to have their packages immediately. Do my job for a week and you will be alarmed with the number of people who lack patience when confronted with a delay, and how people not having things like new shoes, video games, books, and dvd's can escalate into a life and death situation on the telephone with me. Exercising the right side of my brain helps me deal with these types of conversations.
This is a pencil drawing of Sergeant Schultz, a guy from the TV show Hogan's Heros.
A face that definately stands the test of time. I drew this from a LIFE Magazine picture from back in the day that I found using this GOOGLE search. The pictures that you can find are excellent from the digitized LIFE photo archive.
For my 100th entry I decided to post the best portrait of me to date. I was 4 years and 4 months old and wearing my favorite shirt. My dad drew this picture of me and I don't remember standing still for him, but I do remember thinking that it was amazing that someone could draw a picture with a pencil that looks real. This picture is a big reason I started drawing and since that is what my website is about, it is a fitting post for my 100th entry. Nice work Dad.
